If I could give them NEGATIVE ONE MILLION STARS, I WOULD...paid for my room, drive two hours, the girls at the desk tell me that ai have no room, there is no vacancy, and they don't care that I paid for my cottage already. Nice, but very rude and disregarded my concerns, despite verification form BOOKING.COM! THESE PEOPLE CARE NOTHING FOR HUMANITY AND THE ENVIRONMENT!!! THEY ARE OUT TO EAT OUR BABIES!!!! SERIOUSLY THOUGH......

Room smelled, security lights are good, but way to bright. Don't even go to breakfast there. They should not even serve it. Nothing was there, no coffee. We only booked because everything else was booked. But, room was clean. Comfy beds. Pillows sucked. Too hard.

The room was gross my wife and I had to clean the room ourselves before we could actually get comfortable. We found what we believe was feces smeared on the bathroom wall. The guest that stayed before us left food and trash (in fridge and behind the bed) that was overlooked by cleaning staff. Not to mention they couldnt even keep the cable turned on. For under $200 a night I didn't expect much but this was ridiculous. We will never return here, next time I'll save my money and sleep in my car.

Don’t stay at this place - staff don’t have any sense of customer service and they lie to your face. If I could give negative stars like some other reviewers have said, I most certainly would. When I booked the night before my arrival, I was initially offered a motel room, but I specifically asked for a cottage that was a self contained unit not attached to another unit, which I was offered and accepted, only to discover when I checked in that it was actually attached to another unit. We thought it might be ok if the other unit was empty, but later discovered it wasn’t and to our horror the occupants who checked in after us were very noisy (kids jumping on our ceiling nonstop playing video games) and abusive when we politely tried to explain how paper-thin the wall was. When we went to speak with the office, they said all rooms were booked (in fact there were no other vacancies in town at all by this point) and there was nothing they could do. They try to lie to my face that our “cottage” was the only unit available when I booked, even though I was initially offered a motel unit. And when I tried to explain that I would have gone somewhere else if they didn’t lie to me the night before about the “cottage” being self-contained, they really couldn’t care less, lying to my face again that they never confirmed that. These are the same people I personally spoke to on the phone for the booking, so it was just outrageous how they can just lie straight to your face. There was not even a simple apology getting this wrong, they just lied the mistake never happened. If you don’t want to run the risk of noisy neighbors, if you want to deal with decent honest business owners, if you want a clean (carpet was dirty) and functioning room for the night (TV didn’t work and shower knob fell off), stay well away from this god awful place. We didn’t even bother with the sad-looking breakfast and just got out as soon as we could in the morning.
