Tom and his team were excellent! He took a very old, dated bathroom and all the problems that come with it, and made it beautiful, modern and functional. There was a lot of tile work to be done and it was done meticulously! The attention to detail on the whole job was spot on. Everything was installed flawlessly. Any questions we had Tom responded to almost immediately. I was never wondering if/when he would call back. The job was finishing up when he was about to leave on his vacation and he checked in a couple times while away with his family just to make sure we were happy and that all the loose ends got cleaned up. This is a rare quality and it was very much appreciated. Pricing was reasonable, and worth it, if not only for the quality of work but the peace of mind he was able to offer. Knowing the job was going to be done, done right and done on time is worth everything. I strongly recommend Ryan Home Services! If you're planning a project, call him!! Edited Jan 2023: I recently had Tom and his team back to remodel my upstairs bathroom. After the amazing job he did in my kitchen I was excited to have him back to tackle the bathroom. They did an outstanding job. I cant wait to have them back for my next remodel! If you are considering hiring Tom- just do it! He is easy to work with, highly communicative, and takes pride in delivering quality work. He only works with subcontractors who meet his high standards. Tom Ryan delivered as promised on time and doesnt consider a job done until you are happy- no thrilled -with the job!

Ryan Home Services built my deck and it was top notch! Toms quality was great and the way he explained everything to me on why he was building it the way he did was perfect to a novice like myself. I would use Tom Ryan on any home improvement !!!

We recently had Tom renovate two bathrooms in our home and WOW! I had met with a few contractors but after meetings with Tom my husband and I decided he was our guy and we were not disappointed. Tom is responsive and trustworthy and genuinely cared about our happiness with the quality of his work. He also works with a really great crew of guys who share his work ethic. We felt secure with every sub contractor Tom used for the job. We had a pretty tight timeline to get both bathrooms finished and Tom was able to meet it. He kept us informed every step of the way and never over promised, communicating with us through the entire process. Our bathrooms are amazing and everything we hoped they would be. Thank you Ryan Home Services for building the kitchen of our dreams When Tom began construction in early December he promised a new kitchen by Christmas anddddd he delivered! We couldnt be happier with the final results. Tom was incredibly communicative, kind, detail oriented and committed to putting any worries or concerns at ease. He has worked hard to build a team of professionals that go above and beyond. He expects the best, and we got the best. Thank you Tom!
