        Very dishonest and not a helpful place, don't waste your time coming into this store you will leave with regrets of your money, time and frustrations if you do. Back in mid June, 2021 I upgrade my old phone for a new Samsung S21 and there was a promotion going on at that time I was told by the sales guy his name was Manny, he said that I would get $800.00 toward my old phone, so I traded it for a new Samsung S21. Until today this store never apply the $800.00 credit into my account toward my trade in phone and they still charging me full price for the new phone. I came back into this store several times they couldn't help solve this issues and told me to call the customer service and I called the customer service several times they told me to come back to the store and ask for help with this issues. My message to everyone is don't do business with this store. I'll definitely won't be a customer of T-Mobile soon.
