Stephen Mihalick: Allstate Insurance

This rating is for this office ONLY not Allstate itself. The ladies here were extremely helpful and pleasant. I bought insurance from Allstate online and it was done wrong (my mistake). I then thought I got it fixed with an agent on the phone. Boy was I WRONG. The call agent messed it up ten times worse. After multiple calls and hours on hold I called this office and they FINALLY fixed it for me. Thank you guys. If it weren't for you, Allstate would have lost a new customer.

Terrible insurance company, have been fighting uphill battles for 4 months to cancel my policy and they keep charging me for a policy I dont have anymore and sending it to collections

Great service. My one and only complaint is 98% of the time you need to leave a message. Calls are not always returned.

Me and my gf had gone to the building in windham that is no longer there, I can not get in contact with her agent so we could cancel with Stephan Mihalick. l think a big company would notify their customers of a move or changes that could effect them. I can tell you that Allstate will not be getting our business due to lack of communication and their pricing. Thank you for reading this, I recommend not using this agent.
