Amara Dental Parsippany

This used to be a wonderful office! Since Amara took over and closed the office, they refuse to take messages, return phone calls, or give me my dental records. I would NEVER do business with this organization!

Is this practice still in business? I spoke with someone from the office a few months ago and was told they are only taking emergency appointments.

What happened to Dr Meledez and his wonderful staff? Went for a cleaning and to my surprise no one familiar there. Dr Meledez, Fiona the receptionist all gone.

So I haven't been there since Dr Melendez was there probably sometime in October of 2019. No one told me what happened to him, and the staff started to dissappear without the "new" people knowing what's going on. Super sketchy to me. Then I hear about insurance fraud from other people around town. Then here's where the story starts, i get a letter that I owe money. So I called in they said I had paid it and the statement was incorrect and to just ignore it. THEN I GET A 2ND LETTER and I call AGAIN like um so I got another letter? Then I was put on hold. UM IM SORRY. SO THEN SHE DECIDES OH I SEE THAT IM SO SORRY ILL MAKE ANOTHER NOTE THIS TIME! SO. Fine right every few months I get a letter well i got a final notice today and its like 👍 great thanks if you touch my credit I will sue you this is insanity
