For your own sanity and health, DO AVOID THIS PLACE AND "DENTIST" MA! This place does not treat your teeth, they treat your dental insurance. My first visit to this place, they didn't do any treatment using the excuse that "there is not enough time". They asked me to go there again, I was kept waiting outside for over an hour, and you know what, they examined my teeth again and charged even higher for doing nothing. They then asked me to go there a 3rd time. Long story short, I NEVER WENT TO THAT PLACE! I went to a different dentist, my problem was solved at the 1st visit.

I love coming here. The front office staff is amazing. They are all so knowledgeable about, well everything. I joke around w the staff too. You can tell they really enjoy their line of work, they are always happy and smiling when I visit. I will never go to another place while prime dental care is still around! Absolutely the best!

My experience with Dr Ma I intend to see a doctor for tooth implant and one that can speak Chinese. I looked through internet and I found Dr Ma. A few reviewers give 5 star rating, and commented very good about her treatments. I contacted her office and asked how that her website showing she is doing all the dental treatments? and asked especially how many dental implants she does. The lady told me that Dr Ma is doing one or two dental implants every week. Then I made the appointment. My nightmare began. One visit I intended for bone graft, she let her assistant to prepare root cannel procedure. I signaled the assistant to halt and told her I do not need root cannel because I will have filling with my family dentist. After telling that through, Dr Ma injected anesthesia. While I was still under anesthesia a lady bring the paper to let me sign. Her billing is a mess, the Flexible expense account company refuse to accept her receipts. A big lesson for me.
