        i brought a S3 bike from Vanmoof December last year, and the first bike died with battery issue one month later after i got the bike. I asked for a refund and they insisted that they can only place a replacement for me. Shortly after i got my 'second' bike, it died again. Now i ended up with two died bike, with no hope of getting refund. Avoid this company and their product. Save you some money and time.

        Great bike and wonderful service from the Brooklyn staff. Not so easy to put together at first, but I biked straight to the shop and they helped make sure everything was set.

        Awesome guys and awesome service! Mentioned that I live in Connecticut and they pushed the repair forward so would not have to take another couple of hours ride tomorrow. Problem was completely solved as well.
