Place is hidden but great location. All employees were professional. The front clerk was very helpful especially b.c I requested a truck, but showed on the wrong day. She was extremely customer friendly and thankfully A rental was provided. Great service provided will definitely be returning.

Daughter paid in full to have furniture moved from Florida to NC. They held furniture hostage for extra payment beyond contract agreement. Stay away from this company. National U-haul number had to file complaint against their company to try to get furniture shipped.

This uhaul makes being a customer very uncomfortable I hate when I have to rent from them Eric had an attitude I came in I dont really recommend them Ill really recommend going over to Ashley Rd location they staff is very nice & professional! This location needs better customer service skills I felt bad I came in to rent a truck.

Terrible service for the second time. They have long casual conversations with customers which makes the waiting time ridiculously long. Two customers walked in and interrupted them. They actually stopped and tended to each person that came in. My last time using this place.
