Usually this people are on point however today the part they ordered was not the right one so we wasted a trip there and to get there and back they offer a shuttle service that you can catch them but not very satisfied with him today

Ive been a customer with Brown & Wood since my 2015 GMC Sierra was purchased from there. Needless to say I will not be taking my vehicle back after the past 2 experiences. First off I had a completely flat tire driving back into Greenville from Raleigh. Called to schedule a 4:30 appointment to have the flat tire checked to see if repair was a option. After getting the spare on the truck I had my girlfriend call to let them know we would be 15 minutes late because of traffic. The girl on the phone said that was fine so we didnt think twice. Upon arrival the gentleman in the service department acted very standoffish about the 15 minutes late and they close at 5:30. Then proceeded to tell me theres no way he can have them take the tire off the rim to investigate patching or buying a new tire. I understand it was the day before Thanksgiving however the front desk receptionist should have clearly stated we wouldnt have enough time so I could make other arrangements. Needless to say I went across the street to Discount tire and the mechanic greeted me outside before I could even walk in. Talk about customer service! Needless to say he had the tire and rim separated all within 20 minutes. Lastly I took my truck in for a oil change and had a 8am appointment. Dropped it off right on time and headed back to work. Got to 4:45pm and I still hadnt heard anything. Called and they said were finishing up will be done shortly. Once I arrived the truck was still on the lift and had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Moral of the story if they dont value your time dont value theirs.

Went here a few months because I needed a vehicle. I was definitely making a purchase that just didnt on what. So I go here and the man walks up and does his thing. Finds like 2 vehicle's pulls them out . And sorry to say, they werent right for me. Style wise or functionality. So after he asks what Im thinking about the cars. I say i really didt like them wanted to keep looking. He says oh your just browsing, wasting time. Like excuse me ? Now mine you I did leave after this comment, rubbed me the wrong way. I get it, commission. But man im spending thousands today in your establishment. And im wasting your time ? So i carred my tail to yalls sister company (i think thats what the man said yall were when i told him how rude yall were . He was pretty shocked and disappointed) Lee Kia of Greenville and wrote them a nice check(full amount of the vehicle) and drove off in a new kia into the sunset. You failed me brown and wood. But Kia picked it right on up . Thanks Kia!

I took my wife's vehicle in on 10/21/2022. We had a scheduled appointment for 9am but I was told that I was able to check in early so I arrived at 8:30am. The only services we requested were a tire sensor replaced and to have a manufacturer recall serviced. After waiting approximately 90 minutes I noticed that my wife's vehicle was outback of the service area. Whenever I went to speak with Alex at the service center counter he said that he would go check on it. Whenever he came back he stated that the service technician had flip flopped our vehicle with a different one while waiting to get approval for the services based off of the estimated price.ind you I was standing right outside the service center doors the entire time. So it took about 30 seconds to get the approval. So after waiting another hour my wife called to speak to Alex. While on the phone with Alex my wife requested to speak to the manager. I finally got our vehicle back around 11:30. Whenever my wife checked the paperwork today she realized that on the invoice it doesn't say anything about the servicing the recall. Also the manager has yet to return my wife's call.
