Attention to Detail

They have came many times and I didn’t have an issue. Until my last visit. My sons room was still dirty and I called right after they left to try and let them know. It’s going on two weeks that I haven’t heard anything. My sons room was the most important room that I needed deep cleaned! Now my son not only has a cold but also a fever and I have been in and out the ER for him. His room was NOT deep cleaned! The back of the rocking chair was extremely dirty and i just wiped it trying to understand WHY! i am PREGNANT and supposed to be in bedrest my husband is in Cali for military training and I have no friends or family around so I was really counting on them to help! Now I am on the floor scrubbing it after paying $150 for WHAT?? Obviously This is what i have to do to get noticed! I tried so hard not to leave a review but this is just ridiculous at this point! Did a great job cleaning the kitchen which was recovering from an infestation. First day a crew came by and refused to do the job, which was frustrating, but the company remedied the situation by promptly getting a different crew in the next morning. This crew was friendly and accommodating while providing a through, quality service. While initially upset with the initial unprofessional attitude, I was very satisfied with the quality of work.
