ATM doesn't work no signs to say as such either.

Not very happy with the service my wife and I received. We got signed up for the Virtual Wallet program which wasn't what we wanted, but was so convoluted we didn't realize it.

If a zero star rating were possible, that's the rating this branch would receive! What SHOULD have been a normal banking experience turned into the most uncomfortable and ackward scenario once I spoke to a manager named Erica Howard. Apparently, Erica Howard feels the need to express her own religious beliefs to her staff and customers on a continuous basis. Its so appaling to be told that I need to be saved and have a personal relationship with Ms. Howard's imaginary friend. This is far beyond professionalism, this is arogant and offensive. Whoever thinks that this is okay to do in front of customers in a bank, should be fired! Needless to say, I would NEVER bank at another PNC bank as long as Erica Howard is an employee of this bank. I'm beyond offended, not to mention Ms. Howard's FAKE personality and FAKE smile just add insult to injury. NEVER AGAIN! If PNC were smart, they'd FIRE Erica Howard immediately and save themselves the legal trouble down the line. Worst experience I've Ever had at a bank! I'D HIGHLY RECOMMENDED A DIFFERENT BANK!
