        A much needed replacement garage/house door was made possible by The Columbus/Dayton Door Sales, Co. From Start to Finish we knew we had gone with the right company! Michelle ( was so pleasant on the phone) started our journey by connecting us with Dean, owner & manager, who was super helpful & gave the good info to us. Isaiah was installer & what an amazing job he did…explained about installation of door & cleaned up work area! Thank you Columbus/Dayton Door Sales. Our downstairs will be much warmer this winter.         I had filled out an online service request for an appointment request for Tuesday. I received a call saying they could work me in today. The service person, Lee, called ahead as requested, arrived on time, and made the necessary adjustments to our door. Excellent service, especially calling ahead and being on time. Another company had come out previously and wanted to up-sell us with total replacement of springs, etc. Thank you.
