They charge me $129
First they messed up 1 letter from the banner then they said they’ll fix it
Last, they printed another banner that’s not water proof I didn’t know
so when I brought home little water touched the banner, the color started melting
When I called them about my problem they said they will investigate and call me back
since then, they never called back
So now I feel like I paid my money for no reason
I never experienced something like this
