I’m s so glad that Terrance, whom I found out later in the conversation, was the store manager for Office Max in Milwaukie, who answered the call. He was amazing. I had purchased an external drive to transfer files from the MacBook Air. to an external drive. Apple was not able to help me. Terrance took an incredible amount of time getting that external drive to become compatible with the Mac Book. After he had reprogramed the external hard drive he took the time to walk me through transferring the files from the laptop to that external hard drive. He was so sweet and patient with me. He stayed on the phone with me until I had accomplished my goal of making that transfer. I believe that your exceptional customer service demeaner and willingness to help no matter how long it took makes, in my mind, Office Max the office supply company I will use whenever I need supplies. You are a wonderful representative of Office Max. I hope you are appreciated and compensated accordingly. I believe you are the reason Office Max should get high reviews. Eric the manager should not be able to work here, he literally kicked out my friends kid for not knowing how to correctly use a mask when he has Down syndrome. How dare someone belittle someone who can’t even control there own body. Eric should be fired and I’m going to make this a big learning experience for him.

We would like to have purchased at least two desks. We also understand restrooms should not be available to everyone. However, paying customers should be allowed access. When we were denied access to a restroom we decided to take our business elsewhere.
