ATM has skimmers on it. Just had my bank account drained because I used my card here

Brian Garbe was rude and dismissive to me, and offered no explanation. He didn't even look me in the eye, just totally dismissive. I was trying to exchange bills for the company I work for, which I've done multiple times before without issue. He seems to have assumed I was a scam artist or something. Left me feeling like scum. Another woman explained this to me and helped me out, as usual, with zero issues. Brian just seems to have made an arrogant assumption. Not the first time a teller here has been rude to me in the first 5 seconds of interaction. Tiresome and degrading.

Been going to BOFA for change since Im a member right, been around for a while in 4 different locations. Unfortunately this location is the nearest to me and suddenly theres this color women in the business area whos been giving me attitude twice. Im only asking for 20$ in 1 bills and 80 in 5bills not sure why she always has to make it a big deal. Shes only been for a couple of weeks since Ive never seen her before and shes made it a horrific and uncomfortable experience. I have asked her if I need my card and instead tell me to bring business card. Id be happy to if I knew it doesnt take much to give change back since Ive had a nice and fast experience in the Broadway BofA and all Hillsboro BOFAS what do you all get for being rude ? And giving customers a hard time. Maybe go by the book since day 1 ? Not suddenly ask for a business card when Ive had positive and comfortable experiences before with change given to me.
