I had phone 🤳 problems around Thanksgiving. Ordered a new phone and took it to this store. Staff went the extra mile for me, but the phone was a dud. Returned it, got a new one and the same knowledgeable, helpful team got all my data transferred and I am back in action! My experience was awesome 😎 and I highly recommend you visit the crew at this location! They're top-notch!

Amazing Customer Service! I went in on three separate occasions, and each time I was greeted by Paula and Isaiah. They did everything they could to give me and my partner the best deals so we could open a new line together. I’m grateful we stopped by this location with extraordinary service from these two. Well done!!

I had the most amazing customer service experience here. The kind I almost never get anymore. I took my nephew in to get his phone fixed. He's visiting from Arizona. There were two employees at the store, Paula and Andres. Both of them gave us so much help, going through every step possible to fix the phone. At one point, Andres was doing something that took time and I needed to leave. I asked him if he would call or text me to come back when he was ready. He said, "of course," and he did. They both impressed me with their thorough knowledge of T-Mobile products, the potential problems with my nephew's phone, and their understanding of how the phone works and its related technology. On top of that, they were super friendly and spent so much time trying to help us, without ever seeming impatient or put out. Instead, they were enthusiastic and clearly cared about helping us. We talked a lot while we waited for different things to be tried and I got to know them a bit. They are awesome people! In the end, the problem was internal and they recommended a place to have it looked at. I left the store without even a tiny bit of worry about whether or not that phone could be fixed there. They were so thorough and knowledgable, I felt confident that everything possible had been tried. I will always go to this location for help with T-Mobile products and watch out, Paula and Andres, I might just stop by to say hi! If you have T-Mobile needs, this location at 4725 NE Columbia Blvd is the place to go and Paula and Andres are the people to see!
