We started using this service a couple of months ago and everything has ben PHENOMENAL. The onboarding process with Hassan was smooth and we have had zero issues with service. The phones are answered politely and quickly and I love receiving a text message. They also have a super friendly mobile app to make sure that notes are communicated quickly and effectively.

Before Well Recieved I was litterally on call 24/7 for 6 years. That took its toll on my life. I wish had hired Tiffany Greene and the amazing team at Well Recieved from the start. To have a fully HIPPA compliant answering service to screen all calls and patch through valid calls gave me my sanity back
