Went down to the shop 45 minutes after their delivery driver left, told me he would be back in around two hours to make my delivery. Less than a half hour after leaving and my delivery was made. Really went out of the way to make my available time. So between the excellent customer service and great arrangements how would you not give anything but 5 stars.

This shop was an amazing find.  The staff was so helpful and the arrangements ordered surpassed our expectations! When they learned that this was for a Celebration of LIfe, they arranged to deliver the flowers since they were going to be in the area...at no charge to us.  The compliments on the arrangements were many....very, very happy and will use them again for all of our flower needs.

I called late in the afternoon on Tuesday 2/19 wanting to get flowers sent to my Dad, as I'm in another state and couldn't be there for his surgery. The gal I spoke with was not only willing to deliver the flowers that same day, but offered to deliver them AFTER the shop closed and on her own personal time. After chatting about budget as well as style, I decided to wait until her shipment came in the next morning for her fresh shipment of bright, spring colors. I love that she was so willing to go above and beyond to get my Dad his flowers, it made me feel really great about my purchase. The first place I tried to get flowers for him from wanted to attach a bunch "service fees" and "taxes" that added up to over $75 for a $34 bouquet-without a vase! My Dad's arrangement arrived exactly when she said it would the following day, and was beautifully styled with the exact colors and theme we had talked about. Pricing was fantastic, and I will be using this shop for the rest of my Springfield Oregon floral needs! Thank you so much for your great service and amazingly beautiful selection!
