If I could rate Triple D Truss higher than 5 stars I would, there is no other way to describe this company besides amazing. There are many things that make them standout from the 21 other lumber yards I requested quotes from. First and most important was customer service right from the start. I found Triple D Truss through a Google maps search for "truss manufacturer" and contacted them through their contact page/email. Within a day, I had received an email back saying they could design my truss and did so very quick. They designed it exactly as I requested where others could not, even after I changed the design and added a specialty truss 3 times. This was also done without any deposit or even any guarantee I was going to purchase anything from them. To sweeten all of this, they were the best price for what I was asking for. It wasn't until weeks later I realized they could sell me the entire pole barn package but had already agreed to go with a local yard for materials. Fortunately for me, I had a fallout with that yard and I reached out to Triple D again for the rest of the materials. Within hours of sending them my materials list, I had a quote and was thrilled when I seen it come in better than what I was about to pay. They were more than accommodating with delivery by putting all the lumber on 1 truck to save on delivery costs. I had to pick the lumber/steel off the truck with my own equipment, so they bundled it all smaller so my Bobcat could pick it without any issues. The lumber has been great and the steel is all plastic wrapped and protected by plastic sheets. The concrete bags were all stacked on a pallet and plastic wrapped multiple times to prevent rain/moisture from getting in. Even the order that the lumber was stacked and bundled is in the order I have needed them for building the pole barn, I have only had to pull from the top of the pile. They offered me several payment options as well, I used my credit card to get points. Bottom line is if you're looking to build a pole barn (you have to give them a material list, no take offs available) or have trusses designed, you need to contact them.
