Update: 5/3/18 The Barn has gotten their brew stuff back in stock and their grain mill should be fixed by the end of the week. Bottle selection is a little thin but they are willing to order the item for you if they can. I am very excited to continue shopping here. _______________ The Barn is an amazing hobby store and location for craft supplies and specially food and drink products. I found them after I decided to start trying home brewing as a hobby and they we're a great first stop. In fact I soon learned that many of their home brew equipment was actually cheaper than some of the stuff off Amazon. I recently came back to grab some more equipment to make Mead, inspired by the great tasting products served by Kind Meadery, which The Barn has a large area section off for complete with individual bottles, growlers (straight from the tab) and tastings of their Mead and Wine products, but was disappointed to discover that The Barn has reduced the majority of their home brew stock. I wasn't able to get everything I need but was able to get the majority of it and I plan on returning to buy bottles in the next few months. But while I was greatly disappointed to see the loss of the majority of the home brew equipment I was excited to see they have now added a small fish market of sorts where the home brew used to be, as well as frozen pies and a wall of honey, maple syrup, sauces, mustards,and craft soda. The Barn also sells beekeeping equipment, soaps and bath bombs, garden supplies, decorations and more. They also do various demonstrations and events which I have yet to attend any but I'm excited to do in the future. I really hope this local business succeeds and flourishes even further because I want to come here for years to come.
