Bought a phone and plan, First month Bill statment was for 3 months befor I started plan! Lots of issue after like bill did not match plan.Agent might give me a number which was not in the pool of numbers or it was not same plan on purchasing date. With all Data breach issues, I left T mobile and never come back to them.

Most helpful store in Rhode Island. The specialist are always kind and solution minded. Jharyd the manager helped me out. he is very knowledgable and helped me set up a more fitting service plan while upgrading from the iPhone XS to the iPhone 13 Pro. This location is an extra 10 minutes from my home but Ill take the drive because I appreciate the service I receive. Thanks to Jharyd and the wonderful team.

I was so impressed with the quality of customer service I received recently. My husband wanted to switch from Verizon to T mobile for better pricing last year, but I wasnt sure if we should. Well Im so glad we did. Never have we received such quality care from such knowledgeable, personable associates. I purchased a new IPhone 14 pro max and got help from the beginning with the manager, Egor, and when I came back after receiving phone in the mail, more great service from Shawn & Jimmy helping me set it up. I had a list of questions, and all were answered and taken care of and learned a few things I didnt know. I highly recommend this location especially, but have also walked into another location, and equally got great service so Id say we are very happy with T-Mobile.

Absolutely, disgusting attitude, and by the Manager himself. In all of my years, this is probably the second or third time I've gone out of my way to leave a negative review on anyone, but honestly, how this guy is managing a TMobile store, or even in the customer service industry, is beyond me. I've been with TMobile for more than 20/yrs, and in all of that time, I've never had anything but positive experiences in their satellite stores. However, the Manager at the Cumberland, RI store, 1800 Mendon Road, has absolutely no business being in the position he is. Incredibly rude from the start, and both he and the girl there, the moment I walked in, had scowls on their faces because a customer walked in and they had to do something. The scowls weren't the issue though, it was his horrible attitude, but mainly, his first comment to me. Honestly, just a disgusting experience. I'll never, ever walk in there again...ever. I left and drove to the Lincoln, RI store on George Washington Highway, and had the best experience ever with the kid who opened at 10AM, on October 29th, 2022. Friendly, professional, helpful, and bad attitude, free. 1800 Mendon Road, Cumberland, RI...never, ever again.
