        Kevin and James were fantastic from beginning to end. James took his time addressing my leak and ensured things were perfect before closing out my request. He's young, but very knowledgeable and knows his stuff.

        They were great last year. This year, they are not doing maintenance or servicing. They referred to another business that might (why I gave 2 stars instead of 1), but those guys aren't either.

        Jon Marland has very diverse set of skills and knowledge in all aspects I'm Plumbing and Heating. With regards to the new generation of high-efficiency heating systems, he installed a Navien condensing boiler providing both heat and domestic hot water. This is not your father's heating system. When you decide to upgrade to one of the new high efficiency systems, it is of paramount importance to install it correctly. Five Star Plumbing and Heating is ahead of the technological curve. On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, I would give them a 10.
