        I am visiting vacation rental at Tanglewood Villa in Hilton Head and the thermostat was locked with no air and the unit was very warm inside. I called the number on thermostat and GOT A PERSON which immediately dispatched John, your specialist. I sent him photo of the thermostat and by face timing he had our thermostat up and running in no time. Just wanted to say thank you to John for getting our air back on where we can enjoy our vacation!! He was fantastic!!!! Service: Thermostat repair
