I've been going to Floss Park Cities for 2+ years and have had a great experience with them. In addition to regular cleanings, they have placed a crown and made a referral for an implant and all has gone very well. On an occasion where I had some tooth pain from biting something funny, they were able to get me in immediately for a check. Good quality, ongoing dental care & Dr. Rush is great.

Update on this review...8 years later, I still do not need a root canal and nothing wrong with the tooth they wanted to perform one on!!!!! If you value your teeth, which have to last you forever, please do not go to this clinic. They will tell you that you need all kinds of unnecessary work done, will even show you x-rays saying you need a root canal, fillings, etc. when in fact, they are lies, only to make money. I was told I needed a root canal on a tooth I never had a problem with. After going to another dentist, I was told the tooth was fine. That's not the worst of it though. I don't know where they get their dental assistants and dentists, but they must have inflated credentials because they obviously don't know what they are doing. I had a horrible experience. I made the mistake of letting them work on one tooth and it was a nightmare. Worst pain ever experienced from a dentist. I thought I would pass out in the chair because they were causing so much pain. Then the sloppy work on the temporary tooth had so much sealer in between my teeth, it was digging into my gums. I had to keep going back just for the temporary. The dentist who owns/runs Floss Dental is nothing but a con out to get as rich as he can taking money from unknowing patients. Would never recommend Floss Dental to anyone, not even to take their dog there!!!

Fortunately i discovered this location as result of being turned away by the Cedar Springs location which i am a regular at and loved. Thankfully, i was able to commit to an appointment at this Park Cities location. I had my routine cleaning and a new crown completed during the repeated visits. During my cleaning the Hygenist was informative and educational about how to properly care for my gums and taught me alternate ways to floss my teeth. Dr. Rush later recommended a filling/crown was required for one of my tooth which eventually was completed a few weeks later. Altogether, i had a great experience. The staff are both professional and courteous. After a few follow up visits, i am completely satisfied with my treatment. Just be advised, i am very difficult person to please...GOOD JOB!
