Ok so I know there are some poor reviews on these guys. I was hesitant to do business with them but found a trailer that my wife really liked and bought it at a very good price. There were a couple of small problems with the trailer but Sonny actually came out to my house and made the repairs. Most importantly he kept his word. I would buy from them again for sure.

Yeah customer service lacks. 3 leaks after first rain, after I was assured it was a good trailer. Some dialogue in the beginning, then quickly went to No follow up and unanswered calls and texts now. Wish I would’ve read the reviews here sooner. I would’ve purchased elsewhere. Lots of promises, no action.

Horrible experience. Sales person questioned me of why I wanted the NADA value. Hanged up on my face after saying that she will rather sell it to someone else when I started asking of things on the NADA sheet she gave me that the camper did not had. In the middle of covid-19, I asked because I live in San Antonio if she could do a video call tour and she said no because she had to many pictures and not enough storage on her phone (I even offered to put a deposit down so she knew I was serious). Have absolutely NO knowledge of how military service members can actually buy a vehicle in Texas but register it on another state of where they are a permanent resident (told me that it cannot be done). Good luck if you still wanna buy here.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They sold my mother in law a trailer that was broken and would not offer to repair it. It was the AC that was broken. So in this hot Texas heat there was no AC and it was broken at the sales lot. The breaker tripped and the salesman said it was because it was on a extension chord. The problem still remained and now nobody can move into it until we special order a breaker for this model. This is a horrible sales place and extremely poor business ethic. I would never recommend these people to even my worst enemy!
