I have ordered flowers many times over the years but never had someone take the time out to call me to make sure my order was everything I had hoped for the day after . To say the least, it was well worth it. A special anniversary arrangement that my wife will be talking about for many days to come. Thank you for taking such good care of our special day.

I highly recommend this florist if you are looking for flowers in Lubbock Texas! The staff there are amazing. I had an online order today and accidentally put the wrong delivery date. After checking with the store regarding the delivery, the staff changed the date for me and probably made my order and delivered it on time! The arrangement was beautiful, fresh, and larger than expected. I will definitely order from ALL FLOWERED UP TOO again.

This is by far the best flower service ever ! They’ve never let me down with any arrangements I have ordered. The flowers I ordered for my grandmothers funeral were delivered on time and no complications happened. The flowers looked just like I wanted. Hands down best place to order for funerals, businesses or just a order for your wife or family.

Wow, exactly how you responded to my complaint and the tone you used is exactly my point. Also, please do not contact my personal phone. I CHOSE your florist out of ALL the florist within a Google search based on reviews. And this isn't the first time you heard of this. I called twice yesterday inquiring about the delivery, even conferencing in my sister. No one is bashing your business obviously plenty of customers will return and even new customers will come to you. But in all of this you didn't issue one apology. You didn't take the criticism constructively and reformat it. So since you didn't issue an apology, I will. I apologize to you and wish you the best with your business. Good Bless You and Yours! I'm from another city and was the go between for my sister in Lubbock and her friend in Austin who wanted to send her flowers. I gave all the CORRECT information as far as address and location. Shelby was nice the first day when I was explaining the situation and giving information. The following day when inquiring about the delivery and the ETA, she was rude and inconsiderate.On top of that the flowers were delivered to the wrong area. I am VERY big on customer service, having my own business and working in the industry, so I know how you should treat people. Next time I need flowers in this city, they will not be on my list. Thank you, and those negative reviews are not wrong!
