        David is an excellent maintenance man and very knowledgeable. Repaired our minor issues quickly and professionally and explained everything very well. Lisa runs a great team and it feels like you have friends fixing your stuff and making it feel like home. David cleaned up his work area and left it better than how he found it .

        Love these apartments I called in about my water heater not getting hot maintenance David Diaz can out right away and had the new parts available and was able to fix it right away in less than 30 minutes and was very kind.
