Total Lawn and sprinkler just took over our homeowners association landscaping contract and has turned our community around! I highly recommend dealing with Jose since he is detail oriented and follows through on his promises. We gave him a standing ovation at our most recent HOA meeting.

At first we had a good experience with Total Lawn and Sprinkler. Then we called them out to help with a leak in our backyard. Not only did it take a very long time for us to be seen (a couple of months) but the person who came would consistently come at a time other the than appointment time (example: our appointment would be for 3pm and he would show up at 10 am), which was frustrating because we would make the appointment when my husband would be home since he is more familiar with the sprinkler system. Each time the serviceman came way earlier than the appointment time, I would be no help because he would ask me questions that I had no idea the answer to. When he did come at an appointment time, he told us that he would have to come back to fix the issue since all the rain we were having was making it hard to see the problem (fair enough) and he asked us to call his cell so that he could come fix the issue on the weekends and we could pay him directly. My husband and he were texting to schedule for him to come and then he would completely ghost us and not respond at all. When he did finally come back all he did was turn off the water supply and said he would be back the next weekend to fix the issue. He asked us to "blow up his phone until he showed". To date, he has not responded and not been back. I found this whole experience extremely unprofessional (and honestly a bit shady) that the only work we could get done was off the books on the weekends and we had to constantly bug someone to come. That was a couple of months ago and we still have not even heard back from the service person or the company to see if our issue was resolved. Very disappointed and will be finding another service provider.

Had to come leave a good comment because Tony did an excellent job. Some termite stations I had installed by my pest control company had damaged the system, but it was difficult to tell where. Tony didn’t stop until he figured it out and got me back up and running. Can’t thank him enough for having the presence of mind to take a photo of the termite station that had been driven through a pipe. It made all the difference in my claim with the pest control company who paid me back for the repairs. Service: Irrigation system repair/maintenance
