        I worked with this company for nearly 7 months and in the beginning the service was pretty good to the point that I gave them 5 stars but over time the service declined. The owner is a very sweet person and easy to work with however there is a lack in communication when it comes to notifying about service delivery dates that have been missed. This isnt a big issue if you are staying the home however if you have an Airbnb it is problematic. I recommend the company for regular cleanings but would not pay for a deep cleaning because it looks the same as a regular cleaning and 3x the price. I recommend the company for rearranging the furniture in your home if you have a vacation rental. I also recommend their rates for cleaning.

      Thank you for your feedback Dr Elliott. Your rental is so cute, warm and welcoming. We sincerely apologize we were not able to accommodate the change to your cleaning request last minute. We pride ourselves in being flexible and going the extra mile, however if we don't receive the dates of the updated arrival and departure, it makes it difficult to schedule our cleaners. Our deep cleaning prices are higher, as we do very detailed cleaning and then we charge less for regular cleanings that follow because it is maintaining that deep clean.
