        DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!! The employees here are the worst and are only after money. They will add things onto your account WITHOUT your permission and will cause you nothing but headaches! I had to go to another store for help because their managers won't do anything to help either!!!! I've never had this issue with the stores back home. BEWARE!!! WORST STORE EVER!!!

        Had recently got an upgrade for the new iPhone 14pro max, worked with Emmanuel and he went above and beyond to help make sure I understood every information and if anything came up he was super helpful to make sure I was taken care of. I dont even live in highland but went to this location to make sure I got to work with him and rest of the team! Great location super great at going above and beyond to help customers.

        They can be busy at times. If you go in during a busy time you will end up waiting a fair amount until somebody is free, so you may wish to plan for that. They've always given me good service and helpful answers whenever I've needed them.
