RevelTV

I currently work for a company that does business with revel TV and we have been over three weeks without our TVs, all they keep telling us is that they will try to get a temporary device out to us so that we can have our TVs back on and they have not communicated any further with us when that should be. They keep telling us that they have to order the stuff but I don't understand how it can take over three weeks to get this resolved. I would not recommend anyone do business with these people they are very poor in quality, they don't listen to customers, they don't want to help them they just want money that's all they're here for. Such a shame.

As a customer, I never have experienced a partner that would actively look out for us in replacing hardware before it's warranty wore out. We saved hundreds of thousands on screens across our business by using Revel.

I hired Revel to take over a tv network that wasn’t being supported by our previous vendor. They did more than they were asked and a few years later we explained the challenges we were facing with employees who turned off the tv’s changed the inputs, and changed the volume thereby rendering our in store RV network dysfunctional. They developed a self healing system that made it impossible to change those things. It was a dream come true. These guys care, and have the smarts to back it up!

I must start by stating that I rarely review places, however reviewing RevelTV has been laying heavy on my mind. I had high expectations for this place reading other reviews and I was extremely disappointed in my experience. They do not listen to your ideas or feedback and put their clients in a position where they feel belittled. I have passed this feedback along to those I know who have considered using this place for business and felt a need to also let those researching to NOT pick to work with this company. Many reviews are from years ago and I have come to believe that perhaps this business has lost what made customers come back over the years. Never have I felt so disrespected working with a company. This business and their CEO Brian has completely lost all of my respect.
