Larsen Plumbing

I have a new home in St. George and my builder use Larsen Plumbing as the warranty contractor for the plumbing concerns. Long story short I returned home over the weekend from a funeral to find my kitchen floor covered with water. I contacted the builder and was given Larsen Plumbing’s contact information. I called them and the appointment was scheduled. Mason came out to my home and asked me about the nature of the issue so he could start to find the culprit. He looked at the water feed to the refrigerator, which I was sure had cause the leaking water. I was amazed he found the actual leak was from a broken drain line PVC pipe for the HVAC that was allowing water to be dumped into the wall area rather than be expelled outside. Unfortunately for me he couldn’t do the repair because this was not a warranty item under their contract. Mason solved the mystery and did so in very quick time with expert diagnosis of my issue. This was my first-time experiencing Larsen Plumbing, and I can tell you with guys like Mason on the team I’ll call them anytime period. I called Larsen after another plumbing company misdiagnosed the problem with our water heater and was going to charge a significant (>5-fold) markup on the (wrong) part. While navigating the fiasco with the first plumbing company, I mentioned to the plumbing supply rep that I had called Larsen for a second opinion and he said "Oh, they're good." That was reassuring. Although Larsen was booked a few days out, it was worth the wait. Matt was prompt, took time to correctly diagnose the problem, and his quote was realistic. It turned out that the (correct) part was under warranty, so they worked with me on that too.

I have used Larsen plumbing twice in my new home in St. George. Both times, Matt was exactly on time and he did an outstanding job. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. I asked him several plumbing questions while he was here that had nothing to do with the job he was doing but he still took the time to explain things to me. I will use them again if the need arises. Skyler did a fantastic job fixing a leak off of main water line. He was very professional and did not try to overcharge me. I’m glad we have this company serving the St. George area!
