The gumbo was the best weve ever tasted! Perfect seasoning with delectable chicken and crawfish. Also loved the duck ragout, blackened catfish, and jambalaya. Service was impeccable - we felt like guests in the chefs home, rather than restaurant patrons. Dont forget to try the sweet potato pie!

One of the most amazing culinary and atmospheric experiences we've ever had. My wife and I reserved a table on a Sunday evening and were transported to the heart and soul of Louisana. The food was amazing, we tried a variety of entres (gator gumbo, flank steak, mussels, crab cakes, jambalaya) before diving into the duck ragout. We're sitting in our hotel room still reeling from the tastes, sights and sounds. Do yourselves a great service and book yourselves a table and enjoy. Thank you kindly Richard for everything, you're amazing!

The one and only chef who cooks with heart and soul you can taste immediately from his food. The atmosphere goes very well with the comfort food. My wife still cant stop talking about it and looking forward to the next visit. Highly recommended and will definitely come back when we visit Burlington. Bravo!
