Visiting Bella Luna one summer evening, my party and I were looking a decent Italian meal. Upon arriving, the maître d' seemed thrown off guard that we didn't have reservations. We were seated promptly (the place was pretty empty). That concluded the prompt service. It took quite a long time for the waitstaff to stop by and get our drink order. Ordering dinner too equally as long, and after dinner was served we were left to fend for ourselves... luckily the table behind us had an extra set of silverware to borrow from. The food was decent, but nothing to brag about (the decor of the place probably raised our expectations a bit high). Eventually someone came to bring us our check and we were able to leave. Perhaps their summer staff takes a more laid back approach in the off season.
