Brought phone in for battery change. Price was more than quoted. Paid for the service, waited 2 hours, get the phone check it and still showing exact same percentage I brought it in at and says service needed! The rude wife speaks up saying oh don’t worry about what it is showing. It showing that because Apple recently made changes, preventing “us” them from showing it at 100%. I said that I wasn’t okay with that not knowing what the battery actually held for power. She got snippy and said the only way to correct it would be to factory reset the phone. I told them to do what they needed to show my new paid for battery was showing me 100% and not show needs service. They handed it back after 30 minutes, I left went home to use Wi-Fi and update phone. Nothing changed still showed the same % it was brought in at and still showing service needed. Called them the rude wife condescendingly called me names and hung up on me. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Also have the results from APPLE MRI tests 3 tests performed showing the battery is at what it was before brought into these crooks.

Brought my phone in to get the camera lens replaced. Super easy and professional. Ended up getting my screen protector replaced as well at the same appointment. Went to get lunch and my phone was done when I came back!
