We went to the store tonight and purchased 200 dollars worth of pieces only to find out one was defective and leaks out of the base dramatically. We tried to explain this to them and they refused to work with us. The owner was rude and accused my partner of harassing them for wanting to bring it in and show them in person the glass being defective. They said they wouldn’t give us our money back! When we tried to speak with the owner she was super rude and disrespectful of my time and the fact they have NO POLICY IN PLACE FOR DEFECTIVE PEICES! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

There is a MUCH better option in Waterbury if you don't require the "adult" part of the store. Editing to address the response below. I had originally left you a 5 star rating because the employee I dealt with seemed interested in helping me and was pleasant. I changed my review to 1 star because I was double charged for my purchase and when I went back the next weekend to get a refund on the over charge I was called a liar by the extremely rude woman behind the counter who swore up and down that her system couldn't double charge. Magically a week later i got a refund. If you manage to stay in business it will be through magic or people who enjoy being lied to and insulted. You thinking that you should have gotten a 3 star rating actually made me blow soda out nose! Ludicrous! Should be a zero star option.....
