An absolutely horrible experience! They were hired to take a group of military members and families to NYC, (leave at midnight; arrive in NYC at 9 am, back on the bus at 9 pm). They arrived 45 minutes late, and then the bus basically broke down as soon as we got off base. It was if it was a set-up, instead of allowing us to just not get on the bus they waited till we were off base to take us to an empty mall parking lot to get on another jacked up bus. Additionally, none of the buses (4 in total) had running water or towels in the restrooms; mind you this is a 7 - 8 hour bus trip from Virginia (disgusting and unsanitary). We were to meet back up at 830 pm. The bus is a no show. Around 915 pm we hear that the bus will not start; the bus driver is in New Jersey. He needs a jump. So we are waiting and waiting, finally we are told that another bus is in route at around 11 pm from Virginia. That is again 7 – 8 hours away! This is New York City (downtown Manhattan) there are people with young children and a person not in the best of health, a totally dangerous situation. Finally around 130 am, the bus organizer arranges for 5 rooms, for 58 people to sit and wait for the bus to arrive. Bus was supposed to arrive around 6 am. We did not board and get in route till 9 am. To top things off, about an hour and 30 minutes away from the base the AC goes out and we have to change buses once again. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
