Fariba was amazing to work with. She is deeply knowledgeable of the real estate market and had great insights into the different neighborhoods we were looking at. She also has an impressive understanding of the properties, when issues were present we would have never seen, she was quick to point them out. Fariba has an outstanding attention to detail and a wealth of experience and knowledge to complement it. As we walked through a house, she would talk about the positives and negatives of the property, tell us if it was overpriced or had potential, and would answer all of our questions. She addressed all of our objectives. She also has a background in design and helped us to understand the subtle differences in properties we were looking at. And this was all in the height of the COVID pandemic! When we were interested in a house, she would walk us through the different options and always gave us great advice on how much to offer, how much to escalate, and if the house was worth making an offer on. On the house we ended up buying, and she helped us determine a good winning offer that was within our budget and she was invaluable at negotiating the contract with the sellers. Regarding her problem-solving, we didn’t experience any significant problems, in part because Fariba was exceptional at detecting issues and helping us avoid them, but for the minor ones we had with the sellers, she was clear, diligent, and effective. It made the whole experience very smooth and a lot less stressful than it would have been without her. Fariba was exceptional to communicate with. Whenever we had a question, she was a text message or phone call away, always with great and clear answers. When we wanted to see a home, she made it possible to see it within our schedules. On one occasion, when there was an extreme interest in a home, she helped us find a highly qualified inspector overnight, so we could make a competitive offer that same day. It was also very clear that Fariba always had our best interests at heart. We had a partner in her, every step of the process. She was truly invested in helping us find our dream home and getting us the best deal possible. I can’t recommend her enough. I know that real estate agents aren’t known for their integrity - but it was evident that honesty and integrity are values that Fariba lives by. She could have easily encouraged us to put an offer on one of the early homes we looked at - instead she encouraged us in finding a home that was right for us. She was a true partner to us along the whole process, guiding and helping us with an unparalleled passion and care. And while Fariba is caring, kind, and incredibly sweet, she is also one of the toughest negotiators I have ever met. She stands her ground, is meticulous, and makes sure you are getting the best possible deal. She is the best advocate we could have dreamed of. We’ve now had our home for four months, love it, and are so grateful! Have already recommended Fariba to everyone I know looking for a home!

Fariba is wonderful realtor. Our family had been looking for a home in a few areas for a few years. The process was sped up because of Fariba and her experience and attention to detail. One of her best qualities is how much she wanted to get our family a good fit so she cares about her clients and their future. She gave us perspective in changes and suggestions to add value to the property which allowed for us to really distinguish what we wanted vs what we needed and our non-negotiables. We had a few places that we thought to put an offer and Fariba really went above and beyond during the process as our negotiator. No question was unanswered during the home buying process which made it much smoother and less cumbersome, even as the pandemic had started! We are very happy with our new home and would rate the overall experience working with Fariba 5 out 5.

We were referred to Fariba Ferdowsi by a trusted friend. Her services were utilized for both a purchase and subsequent sale. Fariba has proven herself to be a consummate professional and epitomizes everything one should expect, and quite frankly demand, in a real estate agent. We had a number of extenuating circumstances during both our purchase and sale (health challenges and one person being out of state for extended periods), but Fariba guided us through every one of those situations with such ease making the process seamless and stress free for us. Her experience is vast and her network larger, so all of the questions that came up at any point were resolved expediently mostly based on her raw knowledge of the industry, or after consulting with her very reliable network (she insists on people who seem to parallel her moral and professional values). She was honest and very sensitive to all of our needs, while ensuring that she adhered to all rules and regulations regarding our purchase and sale, all of which we desired and appreciated. As a buyers agent, Fariba quickly ascertained the type of property we desired and, as a result, our viewings were purposeful, without time wasted on rotten apples that should not have made the list in the first place. At the time that we were seeking to purchase, the market was not necessarily flooded with perfect options, but after that perfect neighborhood was identified, Fariba embarked on a letter writing campaign to residents in that area, who maybe were considering selling, but had not pursued it vigorously. This exemplified her amazing dedication to finding us the right home and leaving no stone unturned. In the end her compensation was the same whether or not she took that extra initiative. She was available, timely and responsive and because of her diligence, knowledge, and efforts we had a ratified contract in hand five weeks after our initial call to Fariba. Needless to say, it was a no brainer who we would go to when we decided to sell our previous home. We were familiar with her and she had demonstrated that she was reliable and trustworthy. Just when we thought we knew all that Fariba had to offer, she demonstrated a whole other side to her level of expertise. Her suggestions on where to spend in preparing our home for sale were paramount in achieving top dollars. She assisted us in making limited, but impactful choices with our stager. When it came to pricing, she was knowledgeable and well aware of market trends in the neighborhood, but she still allowed us options for choosing the right price. In the end, we made the decision that was right for us based on all the information she provided. No pressure! Happy to say that our home was on the market for two days, had forty plus showings, we had eight contracts to choose from with the bidding war that ensued, sold for thirty two thousand above the asking price, and we closed in one month from ratification. Fariba is simply amazing and quite the comprehensive package. Fariba definitely gets a five out of five stars from us and should certainly be an exemplar for real estate professionals. We unequivocally recommend her, so much so that we have referred close family to her.
