Sheraton Bellevue Hotel

While our issue at this property was largely due to circumstances outside control of the hotel to begin with, the utter failure to adequately resolve the situation made for a terrible experience. Loud neighbors during the second of our two-night stay kept us awake on and off (mostly on) from just before midnight until nearly 2am. Two calls and visit in person to the front desk brought nothing more than token efforts from the overnight receptionist and hotel security guard to assist in quieting our neighbors. Despite continued noise and a face-to-face conversation, I was told that there was nothing more they could, or would, do about the noise from the room next door. I have never experienced such a dismissive attitude from hotel employees anywhere in the world, at any class of establishment. The hotel construction did not help matters in this case. The door connecting adjoining rooms made it feel as our neighbors were conversing in our room. There was also a fair amount of traffic and external noise throughout both nights. The HVAC unit in the room made creaking noises even when turned off and unplugged, and the only closet was stuck in the corner of the bathroom behind the door. ThA balance of the staff, save the two gentlemen that refused to take any initiative with the noise issue, was very polite and engaging, but that would never prompt me to stay here again.

This is a reasonable Sheraton hotel in Seattle and is not too far from downtown by car. Free parking is a plus and they have a nice dine in restaurant for busy work travelers.

One of my favorite hotel in WA. Many times Ive visited here. Staffs and services are very nice.
