I can't recommend Lolark enough. In an industry flooded with people claiming to be qualified remodeling and construction experts, it's challenging to distinguish the good from the bad. However, Josh and his team at Lolark are incredibly skilled, punctual, trustworthy, and communicativeboth before, during, and after our project. I'm excited to plan the next project with Lolark and look forward to many more!

We purchased a Tuff Shed building for our garage and they contracted Lolark to assemble it. We are so glad that we got such great contractors. Josh and his crew (Dimitri) worked very hard. They arrived on time every day and worked very cleanly. Ther were some issues with the building itself not being completely square. It resulted in moisture getting into the building preventing us from installing insulation. But Josh and Dimitri came mulitple times to make sure everything was perfect. We really appreciate their thoroughness and professionalism and would gladly recommend them to anyone else who needs a contactor. They truly went above and beyond!In fact, we will be using them to continue finishing the garage beyond what Tuff Shed contracted them for.

Lolark Contractor did a remodel in my house and my experience was great, Josh and his team were great in communication, price, professional, cleanliness and very friendly, I recommend them without hesitation

With Joshua Dauzat at the helm- you can rest assured youll be kept in the loop and able to voice any concerns. Lolarks business office handles matters efficiently and professionally! As you will see- I have struggled to keep this review short. If you are like us- we greatly appreciate detailed reviews when looking to hire any professional service. So with a fair price and all I am about to share- why would anyone look elsewhere? Whether your construction needs are motivated by pleasure or necessity- facing the prospect of finding a good contractor can seem daunting. We tend to have to count on reviews. This is ours. We decided to turn to our homeowners policy to help cover what was looking to be about a $30,000 project! I was shocked at the cost of- what I thought was just a tiny fix it project! I was in the process of obtaining four bids from four different contractors that were to be turned into our insurance adjusters for review. I dont imagine it would take long for you to see what I saw in Joshua Dauzat of Lolark Contractors- and that is a very motivated, very creative, very loyal, hard working individual! And ladies: he respects and listens to us the same as if the men were speaking! He took it upon himself to go back to the drawing board after I had mentioned that the homeowners insurance wasnt likely to approve such a high amount. Josh reworked the original plan- lets just say- he somehow was able to work magic- handing me a new bid* that fell within the adjusters range. *Two of the other bids were in range- but lacking- the other- unable to provide electrical. You can trust Lolark for your construction and/or remodeling needs. Its like theyre invested in your vision. They bring a good energy! Every member of the Lolark team was professional, courteous, highly respectful of privacy and super conscious of the home owners needs. Since we were having work done on the pumphouse- there were times where we would have to be without water- yet that time was so minimal! They stayed in contact with us through text so there was never any long period without the use of water. Let me tell you- you do not realize how often you use a utility until you dont have access to it. So that meant a lot to us! The work they did was outstanding! From thick brush removal to sturdying the existing foundation, constructing a shed we purchased, installing underground electric cable, hooking up the service to the shed, removing the old overhead electrical system.! It looks fantastic and the quality is beyond what we had expected! Not only are they able to think outside the box- but I would be doing them a disservice if I did not mention how hard working the team was! As luck would have it- the rain was fairly continuous throughout the several day project. But that never threw them off schedule- not even once! The hard working gentleman we saw daily and so had the chance to interact with- Dmytry- was a dynamo! Removing brush, taking care of the demo, hauling off all the debris, digging the trench for the electric cable- the man never stopped- rain, mud and all! And the electricians- I saw them too- out- in the rain- after dark- finishing the job. So there is a reason I could not keep this review short. Its rare that I have this much to say about a company- because theres always that something that makes you want to just give a basic rundown. That was not the case here- our entire experience with Lolark was exceptional!
