I went there for the first time on an emergency due to a sudden toothache. I got an appointment on the same day and didnt have to wait long to be seen. Dr. Lisin was very gentle and took time to check me out. The other members of her team that i had to interact with were all very nice and friendly. Dr. Lisin was able to pinpoint my problems and treated accordingly. Very pleased with my experience and highly recommend the service there.

From my very first contact with Lake Sammamish Family Dentistry I was impressed. Amanda, the woman at the front desk, listened patiently to my story of woe from another dentists office and was able to find me an appointment ten days later. She took my insurance info and said she would find out in advance what would and would not be covered. When I arrived I felt welcome and warmth. Michelle was my hygienist. She took x-rays, measured pockets, and cleaned my teeth. She was gentle, and reassured me that I was doing a good job with my home care. When it was time to see the dentist, Michelle asked someone else to start with her next patient so she could be there and relay info to the dentist. She stayed with me until we had set the next appointment. I spent about 5 minutes with the dentist, Dr. Frank Sciabica. (Thats pretty standard for me. I see the hygienist every 4 months, work hard at keeping things clean, and avoid the dentist as much as possible. I have periodontal disease which is why I go more than twice a year.) Dr. Sciabica was easy-going and funny, but what I liked best about him is that he listened to Michelle, the one who had been working on my mouth for the last hour, plus. After this first visit, I have nothing but great things to say about Lake Sammamish Family Dentistry. Im so happy to have found a wonderful practice with warm and caring staff. Plus, they take my insurance and are only 10 minutes from my home!
