I cannot begin to explain how impressed with Chem Dry. I emailed at 2:03 asking for an appt, and at 2:08 I had a text confirming an appt for the next day. I was overwhelmed when I came home to find my dog had got on the counter and stained our carpets REALLY bad right before the holidays. They arrived in time, treated the carpet and it looks brand new! This is the 4th time Ive used them and theyve always been professional and efficient. These guys were amazing! They picked up my area rug and dropped it off to me at work. They called and texted me when they got close to let me know they were almost there. They unloaded it and put it back in to my SUV for me. It looks beautiful and clean. The cost was minimal. I recommend these guys without hesitation. I will use them every time!
