Where to begin? The AMAZING people who work here? The mind blowing selection of both major manufacturers as well as more obscure!? The fact that they have the technical and working knowledge of all those parts and machines both old and new!? Yeah... I thought all of that was great. Then my package came in less than 24hrs... WOW! It went a little like this: I email enquiry about my old Summa Durasign plotter. After lunch I check my email and I have a friendly reply, after a little clarification on my end, have another email from the tech department with a specific model number and link to the parts for ID. Sure enough looked like what I needed. Given the obscurity of my old machine, I was still a little worried given the little roller wheels cost an arm and a leg, but are very application specific. I found so many parts I needed to complete my refurbishment, I had to stop myself! (But will be back for more!) After pulling the trigger, to much of my amazement I had a knock on my door the following day with my package from UPS. Mind blown. I had the pinch rollers and blades installed in five minutes and had a brand new machine. AirMark made a new customer for life, when I do buy a new machine, it will be from here knowing they have FANTASTIC customer service, the knowledge to back up all their parts and on top, will hit tight deadlines for you with the right parts the first time.
