Sound Originals Photo & Video

Sound Originals was an amazing part of our special day. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Domenica (photography) & Jason (videography) and they were able to capture our nuptials perfectly. The final photo and video edits are phenomenal, and anyone we share them with feels just how much love surrounded that day. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you SO!

Everyone at Sound Originals was professional and excellent to work with. My husband and I got married at The Gardens at Heather Farms and our videographer Jarrett incorporated beautiful shots of the scenery in our video. He had a vision and ran with it. He was so great to work with. I recommend this company for your wedding video, you will not be disappointed! Thanks Sound Originals for my wedding video that my husband and I will cherish for a life time!

We love our wedding videos!! We chose the package with the full ceremony and toasts included, and we are so happy we did. Now we have this beautiful memory together with the people we love, and we know that these videos will become even more precious with time. Jason was our videographer for the day, and he was excellent to work with! We got married near Mt. Rainier, which is a bit of a drive from the Seattle area. The venue is outdoors and spread out through the woods, so I reckon it's more physically challenging for a videographer than an indoor venue might be. It was also an extremely hot day!! Jason was unfazed by any of this--he was warm, professional, and flexible, and we felt very at ease with him. We asked day-of if we might be able to add an extra hour, and he was not only up for it but enthusiastic. He & the Sound Originals team created a beautiful highlight reel that captured the spirit and vibe of the weekend. And more than this, we're also able to revisit our whole ceremony and time spent together with our family and friends. The Sound Originals team was super accommodating, flexible, and chill the whole way through. Their approach seems to be something like, "We're here to make things easier for you. We'll take it from here, seriously don't even worry," and we didn't. We asked if they could include the music our friend played at the ceremony and the band played at the reception, and they did (!), which is so special to have. Finally, I somehow missed *all* of their emails after the wedding letting us know the videos were ready, but they kept following up to make sure that we were happy with them, which we ARE!! Thank you so much to Jason, Dan, Rosanna, Sarah, and the editors for creating such a treasure for us!

This review is for Rona out of the San Francisco Bay Area. I admit I was hesitant to book a Seattle company for a wedding in the bay area, but we were very happy in the end. We booked Sound Originals for our wedding in Berkeley in August 2022. Rona was professional and patient. He suggested positions and poses for us and took care of us from start to finish. We loved the candid dance floor and crowd photos, that is what drew us to them in the first place. Bonus that he spoke mandarin (for my mom) and that he's BTS Army! We did not book for engagement photos, just for the wedding itself. Price was reasonable, and they had an office manager who handled the details for the day-of for Rona.
