Fast quote but very poor work. All of the 14 windows reportedly washed, all had cleaning defects. Hard water spots, grungy residue left over from washing left on the bottom frames, squeegee streaks left on windows. When Dean (the owner) called and mentioned the, in his words, "sub par" work that had been done I outlined the failings. His reply was "I wasn't there." followed by a very weak inquiry of what he could do to make it better. After my wife and I spent a good couple of hours rectifying the poor work there was no way I would have this outfit over to clean anything. Originally I would not have recommended this company. They have since offered a refund and a full apology for work accomplished. Justin sounded extremely contrite and took ownership of the job - that in my book makes for a second chance.
