Company owner was honest and gave a fair quote. All work was performed in a timely manner, and completed with a true dedication to quality. Small businesses like these are truly the back bone of this country. Owner even helped me with side projects on the building to ensure the integrity of building was maintained. We used this company because they were a small local business and we always try to help out the little guys. Well, everything went really well with the carpet estimate, communication after, etc, until the day of the install. The day of the install, they texted me 1 minute before they were to be here stating that they were running late. Literally 1 minute. Didn't give me a time estimate of how late...ended up being 2 hours late. 2 hours! Then after they got to work, they realized that they didn't have all the carpet they needed for the job. So another 1.5 hours gone figuring that out. The guy who owns this company was the one here with another guy who didn't know anything about laying carpet. I have cameras all over my whole house and I happened to be watching at the time where they were vapingin my house. I understand taking a break, but what professional company vapes in a client's home. I am just beyond frustrated with that lack of professionalism with this company. The work wasn't great either. We were left with a very visible seam in the middle of our living room and missing spots on our stairs. They literally took up my whole day because I couldn't just leave. Maybe go with someone else if you have a choice.
