Water main broke in our office building. Called ServPro at 8:45am, team of Jeff, Drew, Rick, Lawrence and Antonio were here by 10am. with all equipment to begin damage mitigation. Very impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and their focus on making sure we understood the complete process. Can't ask for better service!

Service was done well. Judson Green was our main contact with Servpro and kept us informed all along the mitigation and restoration. He was very easy to work with and most pleasant and helpful. Ernest and Lawrence were very helpful with the furniture. We do not know the names of everyone involved, but all were wonderful. We are very satisfied with the completed work. Sump pump went out while out of town. Came home to 6” water in both unfinished and finished portion of basement. After plumber installed new pump, ServPro team came to dry basement.They were responsive, efficient and professional. Once dry, did repairs. Shout out to Judson, Janette, Ron, Drew and all who worked to restore our family room. Thank you.

Back in mid October I discovered some discoloration in the carpet along a wall in my daughters bedroom. Servpro Milwaukee North was sent out by my insurance company to do an inspection and survey of that area for leakage and resulting water damage (very slow leak that had been there for maybe a year). Kevin Galang was the point person for the visit and was on the job right from the start. The job ended up being far bigger than I think even Kevin expected and suffice to say that the and his crew including Andy and Brad were thorough. I thought it would be water damage contained to that little corner, but they found significant water damage and black mold that needed to be remediated in about 1/4 of the room (down to the studs and subfloor). Step by step pictures were taken and clear explanations were given for each action they took. Any question I asked was answered either on the spot or answered ASAP. By the time they were done with their remediation the framework and subfloor were clean and clear of any discoloration. Anything that wasn't able to be cleaned or saved was ripped out and itemized for my records. Their pre work prep at my house for their foot traffic and removal of demo debris kept all of the damage to the room they were working on. I actually kept their carpet and floor protection sheeting in place for the next 7 weeks while the room was redone. Carpets and flooring showed no ill effects of all of the traffic when I removed it. Finally, I'm a dad of 4 kids and having someone show you that kind of damage that was there can be a lot to take. Kevin and his crew were incredibly empathetic throughout the time they were at my house doing the work and he and the rest of his crew made me comfortable that their priority was the health and safety of my kids when it came to their clean up job.
