My husband and I found Ben to be very helpful and easy to work with. He was good to explain the paperwork for us, as we were first time home buyers. We had a couple bumps along the way, but Ben kept pushing forward and kept us informed. He saw the process through from beginning to finish. Ben Revak was/is amazing!!! He was always there whenever we had any questions about anything! All around great person and will always have your best interests in mind! Ben got our pre-approval done so quickly and was able to get everything we needed to close on our home in record time which is very important in this market!! He definitely won’t disappoint! Ben helped us all the way. We decided on a Saturday afternoon to start looking at houses but had no clue what our pre approval would be. Our realtor said Ben would get us one in 2 hours which he did even when he was up north! That afternoon we started looking at houses and found one 2 months later. Ben helped us through the whole process and eased our minds with every step of our home selling and home buying process. He always got back to us immediately and answered any questions we had. I’d recommend his company over a basic bank because this company goes out of their way and digs deeper into your financial situation to get you a higher approval rate. We couldn’t be happier!
