I have never had a problem with this company until this year. I called to complain about the mess that was left and the fact that the guys doing the cleaning did not close the kitchen off so the fumes did not get into the hallways, CCL is a facility for the elderly, a lot of them have breathing problems. Pretty much I was told that what I was saying was not true and that she knows how her guys work and that she has her own theories about what happened. Then on top of that because they did not get us on the calendar for August, like they do every year, I was charged an extra $80.00 and was not told about the change in price. Well needless to say, I will not be using AFT again. We take pride in the cleanliness of our kitchen. And when the kitchen staff has to clean before they can serve supper, I don't think it was left clean like I am being told.
