Yesterday's Kajukenbo class at Empire Defense & Fitness really pushed me! I left feeling out of breath, but in a good way. I could really feel myself working hard. By the end, I felt energized and accomplished, I'm glad I decided to go. Thanks to Alan for his encouragement it made a difference!

I lost 40 pounds over the course of 2 years at Empires Muay Thai class. Alan is a wonderful teacher. I always feel great driving home after class. I only wish i started sooner.

Empire is the place to be if you're looking for a transformation. I have a blast at every Muay Thai class that is both a killer workout and full of practical technical training. Cheryl, Alan and Liam are wonderful coaches and work with people of all ages and skill levels - seriously, they are ALL inclusive. In just 4 weeks of Alan's training program I had massive improvement in strength and stability. He really helps you attack the areas of discomfort that matter most. One for me was managing chronic pain and most surprisingly it relieved even my TMJ which significantly reduced headaches and stress overall. The team atmosphere and people you meet at Empire improves your confidence and drive - come check it out for yourself. It's worth showing up.

Love this place!! Ive been taking Muay Thai classes and they are exactly what I was looking for. I always leave class feeling Ive had a great workout. Its intensive but adjustable to your own level of comfort, so anyone could do it! I also appreciate the focus on hitting the training pads and only light contact sparring. Alan, Cheryl, and Liam are also the best. Great teachers and make the place feel like home!
